    we are looking forward to visit your Monkey Forest in April. But honestly I am a bit scared of the monkeys and rabies. Are they aggressive, do they bite? I will not feed them, I just want to see them and the beautiful location. Do I have to be worried?

      Thank you for your email , I would like to inform you that our monkeys are healthy without any diseases , we have cooperation with the Primate Research Center to monitoring their health and we also have our own animal clinic to giving the treatment to the monkey who sick and we never find any rabies or any other diseases in monkeys.

      for your information we have first aid clinic , our professional nurse there will give the treatment depend on your case, if you need any treatment to hospital /vaccine they will recommended and escort you.
      commonly you just need to washing the wound with flowing water and soap and give antiseptic.

      the visitors may get bitten or scratches by the monkey because they have an interaction , such as feeding or taking pictures, as we know we are interact with wild animal and they have unpredictable reaction.
      that’s why we provide monkey forest guidelines for visitors to read and obey when visiting.

    2. Hi we’re coming for a trip in May and would also love to visit the monkeys at Ubud but I am concerned of the monkey aids. I have been told that you can catch the monkey aids if they scratch you is this correct?

        they will take care and catch them if it is needed.
        We will catch the monkey if they need the medical treatment.
        The visitors may get bitten or scratches by the monkey because they have an interaction
        ,such as feeding or taking pictures,
        as we know we are interact with wild animal and they have unpredictable reaction.
